Paresh Rawal 59 is a simple straightforward man who hates
being a hypocrite as he believes it corrupts your soul. While he may need to do
playful brain dead humor at times what he really enjoys doing is meaningful
comedy which makes you laugh when you cry. Ahead of his forthcoming film Raja Natwarlal he talks to Bombay Times
about his esteem respect for Naseeruddin Shah what makes him an admirer of
Narendra Modi and why he loves his wife Swaroop Sampat the most in the world.
In an interview Paresh Rawal said he is born and brought up
in Gujarat where his father was into a textile business. During his school days
he used to act in theatrical plays and his plays would often be dark and
serious even though he does comedies now.
Theatres taught him discipline and values. After coming to
Mumbai with a passion do achieve his ambitions he got in touch with Swaroop
Sampat (former Miss India) and after making love with her they got married and
now his wife and his two sons is his world.
On asking his view about Narendra Modi and his style of
politics he said that he first met Mr. Modi in 2006 on the birthday of a
Gujarat based famous writer Tarak Mehta. He is a man who is interested in only working.
He is very straight and very sharp and never does any loose talk. He is always
engaged in thoughts that how he can help the needy and how the country can be
benefited. He even said that his appreciation for Modi is not because he is fan
of Modi. Whenever he meets PM he gets motivated. He even added that “whenever I
have a difficulty I go to him and he will direct me”. All person knows that he
does not believe in any kind of corruption be it of money soul or thought. He
never thins of negativity.
Paresh Rawal is writing a script of a movie based on
Narendra Modi and planning to commence its shoot on November and release it by March
2015.
